Gathering Space: Centered around a classic farmhouse table perfect for group meals and conversations.
Stocked: Complete with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and miscellaneous kitchen cookware.

Enjoy a restful stay with flexible sleeping arrangements designed for groups:

First-Floor Bedroom: Convenient main-level lodging featuring two Queen beds and one Full bed.
Second-Floor Bedrooms: Upstairs features two additional bedrooms—one room with a Full bed, and another with two Full beds and one Twin bed.

First-Floor Bathroom Amenities

For your comfort and convenience, the first floor features two complete full bathrooms. Unwind after a long day in the luxurious whirlpool bathtub, or enjoy the ease of the spacious stand-up walk-in shower.

Weekend Reservation Package

Standard Days: Friday at 9:00 AM through Sunday at 4:00 PM

Rate: $125 per person (Minimum fee: $300)

Optional Add-On

Early Arrival (Thursday): Add an extra day starting Thursday morning for an additional $25 per person.
Extended Stays of 5+ Days: Please contact us directly for custom group pricing on reservations lasting 5 days or longer.

Policies

The following policies are to be agreed upon by all guests of The Farmhouse. Upon deposit, all guests are assumed to have read and agreed to all policies as stated below.

A deposit of $150 is required to reserve your stay at The Farmhouse. Your reservation will be held for 10 days to allow you time to mail your deposit. This safety deposit can be used upon full payment of agreed to retreat time.
All balances are due 30 days prior to the retreat date. If the balance is not received, the reservation will be cancelled and the reservation deposit will be forfeited. Rates are subject to change without notice.
All balances should be made payable to: The Farmhouse, W7913 Lincoln Rd, Van Dyne, WI 54979.
All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee.
The Farmhouse is not responsible or liable for any items that are damaged or lost during your stay. If we find any items left behind, we will contact the group leader.
If something gets broken or is in need of repair, please contact us so we can have it taken care of as soon as possible. You will be responsible for any excessive damage to the property that occurs during your stay. An itemized list of damages and an invoice for the repairs will be sent to the group leader.
The Farmhouse will correspond with the group leader via email and/or phone with the confirmation of date, receipt of deposit, receipt of payment and details of your stay.
Reservations cancelled more than 90 days in advance of the retreat date are entitled to a full refund of any deposits/balances received. Reservations cancelled with between 30–90 days notice will forfeit the $150 deposit unless a replacement booking is found. We will gladly apply your deposit payment to a future retreat date within the next 6 months. Reservations cancelled with less than 30 days notice will forfeit full payment unless a replacement is found. If a replacement is found, we will apply your full payment to a future retreat date within the next 6 months.
The Farmhouse is a non-smoking/vaping and pet-free facility. There are buckets with sand provided to safely deposit cigarette butts.
No spray adhesives are permitted indoors. Dying fabrics in the washing machine is not permitted. Please do not use the kitchen, including pans, utensils, stove or sink, for craft projects (wax, oils, dyes). The kitchen is for guests to cook food only.
A list of guests and their phone number or email will be provided before the stay (insurance requirement).
Always remember, this is a working farm. There may be times throughout the year that there is equipment traffic. Mutual respect between your group and those driving the equipment is expected.
With the exception of parking, please do not leave the general area of The Farmhouse.
All outbuildings, garage, and barn are off limits for guests.
